This policy explains what USA Plumbing & Trenchless ("we", "us") collects when you use usaplumbingfl.com, why we collect it, and who it is shared with. It covers this website only.

Information you give us

The quote and consultation forms on this site ask for:

• your name;
• your service address;
• your phone number;
• your email address;
• the service you need.

All five fields are required to submit a form. When you submit one, that information is emailed to our office so a team member can contact you about your request. We do not ask for payment card details, bank details or social security numbers anywhere on this site, and you should not send them through these forms.

Information collected automatically

• Calls. The phone numbers shown on this site are tracked through CallRail. When you call, we receive the date and time, your caller ID, the call duration, and which page or advertisement produced the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes where permitted by law.
• Analytics and advertising. We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads (including conversion measurement and remarketing). These services set cookies and collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, referring page, and the pages you view here.
• Advertising click identifiers. If you arrive from an advertisement, this site stores the click identifier and campaign parameters from the URL (for example gclid and utm_source) in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days, so that a call or form submission can be matched to the advertisement it came from.
• Spam protection. Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and usage signals to tell people from bots. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.

How we use it

• To contact you about the request you submitted, by phone, text or email, and to schedule and perform the work you ask for.
• To keep records of jobs, estimates and warranties.
• To measure which advertisements and pages produce enquiries, and to improve this site.
• To detect and prevent spam, fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make this site and our business run - our email host, our call-tracking provider (CallRail), Google's analytics and advertising services, and our own staff and subcontractors working on your job. Each is permitted to use the information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

Text messages and calls

By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide about your request, including by text message. Message frequency depends on your enquiry, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by telling us on the phone or by email.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but our measurement of which advertisement produced your enquiry will be incomplete. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com, and browser-level "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signals are honoured where our providers support them.

Retention

Enquiry emails and job records are kept for as long as we need them to serve you, honour any warranty, and meet our accounting and legal record-keeping obligations. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention settings of the Google and CallRail products described above.

Your requests

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging plumbing work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to a password-protected company mailbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top.
